Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Overview

AgentiXCyber Pty Ltd (“AgentiXCyber,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) primarily offers enterprise-level Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-related services. Our services are contracted either on a monthly or annual basis.

Due to the nature of these enterprise services, traditional returns or refunds are not applicable.

2. Contract Termination

Monthly Contracts

• A minimum of 30 days’ notice in writing is required to terminate a monthly contract before the end of the current contracted billing period.

• Notice of termination must be provided in writing via email to: support@agentixcyber.com

Annual Contracts

• Annual contracts require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to terminate prior to the conclusion of the current contract period.

• Early termination of an annual contract may incur a termination fee, which can be up to the full remaining amount payable under the annual contract.

3. Termination Fees

• If you choose to terminate an annual contract before its scheduled end date, a termination fee may be assessed. This fee will not exceed the remaining balance due under the original annual agreement.

• Termination fees are assessed on a case-by-case basis. You will be notified in writing regarding the amount of any applicable termination fees upon request for early contract termination.
